Please include a location map, either photocopied from a topographic or county map, or sketched below, indicating nearest town, roads, ranch names, trails, buildings, streams, hills, gullies, fences, windmills, stock tanks, cliffs, or any other "permanent" landmarks.  Show a north arrow and scale or road-logged distance for each road segment.
